In this role, you’ll help ensure the smooth running of the school by stepping in to cover lessons during teacher absences and providing support to students as they progress in their learning. Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and manage classrooms in the absence of regular teachers
* Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and keep students focused
* Provide support and guidance to facilitate student learning
* Maintain a positive and productive learning atmosphere
* Monitor student behaviour and enforce school policies
* Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:
* Relevant experience in a similar childcare role, ideally within a secondary school setting
* Strong classroom management skills and ability to engage and motivate children
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to obtain one)
* Commitment to maintaining a safe and supportive learning environment
