Residential Support Worker

We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic Residential Support Worker with a background in working with and supporting young people with emotional and behavioural difficultiesIn this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day care and support of children and young people in a residential home in Sheffield. You will work closely with a team of professionals to create a positive and safe environment where children can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care and support to children and young people.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with the children, their families, and other professionals.
• Assist with daily activities, including education, recreation, and personal care.
• Support children in developing life skills and achieving their personal goals.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care.
