We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Business Studies Teacher to join a thriving secondary school in Sheffield on a long-term supply contract. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a passionate educator to make a positive impact on students’ learning and development in the field of business studies.

Start Date: ASAP
Salary: £162.31 – £223.62 per day

Role Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective Business Studies lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4 including some GCSE groups. The role includes lesson planning, delivering the curriculum, and assessing students’ progress in line with school policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality, inspiring lessons in Business Studies
• Monitor, assess, and support students’ progress and attainment
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Encourage a love for learning and an interest in business and enterprise
• Work collaboratively with the department and contribute to school activities and events

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
• Experience teaching Business Studies at secondary level
• Strong subject knowledge and passion for business and enterprise education
• Ability to build rapport with students and manage a classroom effectively
• Commitment to fostering students’ personal and academic growth
