Salary: £162.31 – £223.62 per day

Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated full-time English teacher to join our vibrant Sheffield secondary school on a long-term supply basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced or newly qualified teacher to make a real impact in a supportive and welcoming school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and high-quality English lessons to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students
• Ensure all students are supported to achieve their full potential
• Maintain excellent classroom behaviour and foster a positive learning atmosphere
• Participate in school meetings, training sessions, and parents’ evenings as required
• Contribute to the development of the English curriculum

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification
• Experience teaching English at secondary level (KS3/KS4)
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• A passion for English and a commitment to student success
• DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
