Role Overview: I am looking for a compassionate and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to support the learning and development of our students, ensuring they receive the individualized attention they need.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and delivery of tailored lessons and activities.
• Provide one-on-one support to students with diverse learning needs.
• Help manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning environment.
• Support students in developing social, emotional, and academic skills.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents to monitor and report on student progress.
• Assist with the preparation of learning materials and resources.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant and experience with children with SEN is highly desirable.
• A patient, empathetic, and positive attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
