CER Education is recruiting an enthusiastic RE Teacher to join a Sefton Secondary school from September 2025. This role is a maternity post, and will run for the full academic year. The school is in the heart of the community and you will be joining a well established supportive department.

ECTs and newly qualified teachers are welcome to apply.

What you’ll need

  • QTS or PGCE in Religious Education
  • Strong knowledge of the KS3 and KS4 curriculum in Religious Education
  • Good behaviour management and classroom skills
  • Commitment to improving student outcomes
  • Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one
