About the Role:

As a teacher, you will play a key role in shaping the educational experience of students. You will be responsible for planning, delivering, and evaluating high-quality lessons that cater to the diverse needs of the classroom. Responsibilities include:

• Delivering engaging and well-structured lessons in your subject area.
• Managing classroom behaviour and creating a positive learning environment.
• Supporting students in their academic and personal development.
• Using assessments to track and monitor students’ progress, providing feedback to students and parents.
• Working collaboratively with staff to support whole-school initiatives and deliver the best outcomes for students.

What We’re Looking For:

• A qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent), with experience in teaching your specialist subject.
• A genuine passion for teaching and a commitment to making a difference in students’ lives.
• Strong classroom management skills and a positive approach to learning.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.
• A flexible and adaptable approach to meet the diverse needs of students.
