Position: Student Support Worker
Location: Rotherham
Start Date: After Easter holidays (or sooner, depending on candidate availability)
Type: Full-time

About the Role: Join our dedicated team and work closely with a small group of three incredible children who have autism, ADHD, and SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) needs. You’ll be part of a supportive environment, working alongside two other experienced workers. Our unique ‘change of face’ approach means you’ll rotate between the three students, ensuring they receive varied and engaging support throughout the day.

What We’re Looking For:

• Passion and Dedication: A genuine desire to support and empower children with diverse needs.
• Flexibility: Ability to adapt and provide consistent support across different students.
• Team Player: Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with other support workers.
• Experience: While experience in schools is advantageous, it is not essential. We value backgrounds in care work or public service, as these roles often provide relevant transferable skills.
