Nursery Nurse | Milton Keynes and Area| £13.68 – £16.29 per hour

CER are looking to add to our team of Nursery Nurses to fulfil temporary positions within our partnership nurseries across the Milton Keynes area. As a temporary Nursery Nurse, you will have the opportunity to inspire and engage children in an Early Years setting. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a wide variety of nurseries and schools, gaining valuable experience or trying new settings to find your dream job.

We are also keen to speak to Early Career Nursery Nurses who have just graduated and are looking to kick start their careers! We have a number of exciting opportunities available, with full support and CPD courses to help you transition into the classroom for 2025.

We are also particularly looking to recruit in the following locations for our partnership Nurseries; Harpenden, Hemel Hempstead and Luton

Key Responsibilities:

  • Caring and nurturing young children from all Early Years stages
  • Adapt to different environments showing a flexibility and resilience
  • Utilise a variety of support methods and resources to facilitate active learning and promote engagement
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the ongoing improvement of the lives of children

Ideally you will have:

  • Nursery Nurse Qualification
  • Previous experience supporting in a UK based nursery or school is essential for this role and references will need to be submitted
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their full potential
