Level 4 Teaching Assistant

I am looking for a compassionate and enthusiastic Level 4 Teaching Assistant. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to support the learning and development of our students, ensuring they receive the individualized attention they need.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and delivery of tailored lessons and activities.
• Provide one-on-one support to students with diverse learning needs.
• Help manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning environment.
• Support students in developing social, emotional, and academic skills.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents to monitor and report on student progress.
• Assist with the preparation of learning materials and resources.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant and experience with children with SEN is highly desirable.
• A patient, empathetic, and positive attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
