CER are seeking a dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join one of our nurturing and inclusive primary schools in the Scunthorpe area. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children who need consistency, empathy, and skilled support to thrive.
What We’re Looking For:
- A calm, patient, and emotionally intelligent approach to behaviour and relationship-building.
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with de-escalation strategies and restorative practices.
- Familiarity with EHCPs and supporting children with SEND.
- Training in Team Teach or similar positive handling strategies (desirable but not essential).
