Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will work across multiple schools within our Trust, supporting teachers and students to achieve their full potential. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young learners and to develop your career in a collaborative and forward-thinking educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
• Assist in the planning and preparation of learning activities.
• Work with small groups and individual students to provide targeted support.
• Help to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Support the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students with special educational needs.
• Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers.
• Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

Requirements:

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
• Experience working in a primary or secondary school setting.
• Strong understanding of the national curriculum and educational best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
• Must be able to drive and have access to a vehicle for travel between schools within the Trust.
