Role Overview:
As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to deliver high-quality education and support to students across various age groups. You will play a crucial role in enhancing student engagement and achievement, as well as supporting the classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning and delivery of engaging lessons.
  • Assist in assessing and monitoring student progress.
  • Provide targeted intervention and support to individuals and groups.
  • Foster a positive learning atmosphere, promoting inclusion and diversity.
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement educational strategies.
  • Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a safe learning environment.

Qualifications:

  • HLTA status or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience working with children in an educational setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A passion for supporting students’ learning and development.
