CER Education are recruiting for dedicated Learning Support Assistants to work within schools across Liverpool a on a temporary and long term basis. Our schools support children with various SEND including ASC, SEMH, GLD, SLD, MLD, PMLD and Complex Needs and are looking for Learning Support Assistants to work on either a full time, part time or ad-hoc basis.

The roles are to start as soon as possible.

Graduates with all degree backgrounds are welcome to apply.

The successful candidate will:
* Possess the ability to develop professional working relationships with pupils and staff
* Have a positive impact on learning and behaviour
* Implement effective classroom management in line with the school’s behaviour management policy
* Offer support to staff and children
