Geography Teacher – Barnsley Secondary School

Are you a passionate and dedicated Geography Teacher looking for a rewarding opportunity? We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Geography Teacher to join a supportive secondary school in Barnsley on a full-time, long-term supply contract until the end of the summer term.

The Role:

• Teaching Geography across Key Stages 3 and 4
• Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
• Assessing and monitoring student progress, providing feedback and support
• Contributing to the wider school community and departmental initiatives

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching Geography at secondary level
• Strong classroom management skills and a commitment to student progress
• An ability to engage and inspire young learners
