Contract: Flexible – Part-Time & Full-Time work available

Are you confident in managing a classroom and looking for a flexible role in education? We are seeking enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools across Rotherham. Whether you’re looking for occasional work or a longer-term placement, we have a range of opportunities to suit your availability.

Role Responsibilities of a Cover Supervisor:

• Supervise lessons in the absence of the teacher, ensuring students stay on task
• Deliver pre-prepared work and manage classroom behaviour effectively
• Provide support and guidance to students as needed
• Work across different schools, subjects, and year groups
• Maintain a positive and productive learning environment

Who We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience working with young people is beneficial but not essential (backgrounds such as sports coaching, dance teachers etc are encouraged)
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• A proactive and adaptable approach to working in different schools
• A passion for education and supporting student learning
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
