Role Overview: We are seeking committed Cover Supervisors to join our team to support the Trust. Successful candidates will work across multiple schools within South Yorkshire, delivering preprepared lessons when Teachers are absent in a variety of different subject areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide Pupils through preprepared lessons ensuring they are engaging and effective.
• Help to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Support the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students with special educational needs.
• Record student progress, providing feedback to teachers.

Requirements:

• Cover Supervisor experience within a School setting.
• Experience working in a primary or secondary school.
• Strong understanding of the national curriculum and educational best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
• Ability to drive is preffered, if not you must have sufficient links to pubic transport.
