What You’ll Be Doing:

• Stepping into the classroom to deliver pre-prepared lessons, ensuring a smooth and engaging learning experience for students.
• Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment.
• Supporting students with their work and encouraging participation in lessons.
• Working flexibly across different schools, gaining exposure to diverse teaching styles and school cultures.

What We’re Looking For:

• A degree in a relevant school subject, with a strong understanding of your subject area.
• A confident and adaptable individual who can engage with students and manage a classroom effectively.
• A valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle, allowing you to travel between schools in Rotherham.
• A proactive and enthusiastic approach, with a genuine passion for helping students succeed.
