Role Responsibilities of a Cover Supervisor:

• Supervise classes in the absence of regular teachers, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment.
• Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and manage classroom behaviour effectively.
• Engage students in learning activities and provide support as needed.
• Adapt to different school settings and year groups, embracing the diversity of each school community.
• Communicate effectively with school staff and report any issues or concerns promptly.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate students in a classroom setting.
• Flexible availability to work varying days and hours as required.
• A valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
• Previous experience working in education is desirable but not essential. Though you MUST have experience working with children within some capacity.
