Job Description – Primary Graduate Recruitment Consultant

This is an exciting time for CER Education, as we are investing across the business. We have created a graduate opportunity for a motivated individual, to become our newest recruitment consultant, in the high-achieving Darlington office.

As part of our growth strategy and the rapidly evolving market in the North East, the Darlington office has been awarded multiple Multi-Academy Trust contracts, to be their exclusive supplier. This allows each individual every opportunity to succeed and dictate their own career paths, with most of our trainees becoming Senior or Principal Consultants, within a two-year period.

As a leading agency, we are now in a position to hire a recruitment consultant for our Darlington office, to join the high-performing Primary team in the business. Taking on the graduate recruitment position, you will initially start as an account manager and then transition into all aspects of recruitment including; building rapport with existing clients, business development to forge new relationships and managing a pipeline of high-quality candidates through online advertising and social media campaigns.

To be successful in your application, you will need to have an engaging personality, organised, presentable and driven to succeed. You will be based from our office in Darlington, working Monday to Friday, 7.15am to 5.00pm. (Reduced hours during school holidays to compensate)
